You are requested to collect the'Advocates Welfare Stamp' as per your requirement personally or through your authorize agent by peyment in cash on or before 14.11.2013 from the office of the bar council positively,since Bar Council of West Bengal will be bear no responsibility if any dispute arises in case Ld. advocate fails to affix the same on Vokalatnama when the Act comes into force.
